This line is from a song i wrote a few years back. my best friend (at the time) sister was engaged. Her and her fiance were together for 5 years before he proposed. Almost a month till the wedding she found out the truth. He had been cheating on her for a few of those years.Everything seemed perfect between the two but it wasn't I guess. When I wrote the song I knew it had to be about heartbreak (as are most of them) but this story spoke out to me and it was some what relatable to many people we all have that one person we want to truley be our one and only but we know they never will.
